Limited 365 - Days Warranty
All fine jewelry purchased from toggold.com is warranted for Three Hundred and Sixty Five {365} days from date of purchase. All fine jewelry is genuine, authentic and of consistent high quality and value. All gold jewelry is either 14K or 18K gold and all silver jewelry is sterling.
Our warranty covers each item of fine jewelry for defects in manufacturing only (based upon Touch of Gold inspection and sole determination) and expressly excludes coverage for excessive wear and tear and/or physical/accidental abuse, loss and theft. Our warranty is valid only at Touch of Gold. Improper repair or warranty service performed by someone other than toggold.com will void this warranty. toggold.COM DISCLAIMS ANY LIABILITY FOR CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES FOR BREACH OF WRITTEN OR IMPLIED WARRANTY OF THIS ITEM, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. THIS WARRANTY GIVES YOU SPECIFIC LEGAL RIGHTS, AND YOU MAY ALSO HAVE OTHER RIGHTS, WHICH VARY FROM STATE TO STATE. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation may not apply to you. When sending jewelry for warranty service, please include the following:
Your Name.
Copy of Invoice OR Invoice Number.
Detailed description of the problem.
your return address, phone number and e-mail address.
Please pack your jewelry in proper secure box for shipping via a reliable, traceable carrier, such as USPS, UPS or FEDEX. All shipping costs are your responsibility. For your protection, you should insure your item for at least its purchase price.
